THOMAS M. CONDAS - Attorney
      Tom began practicing in Colorado in early 2003. Prior to moving to Colorado, he practiced for 19 years and was a shareholder of, Hollins, Schechter & Condas, an insurance defense firm based in Orange County, California. Tom has handled an extensive variety of insurance defense related matters, including insurance contract and coverage matters, construction defect suits (defending both general and sub-contractors), construction contract claims, environmental (mold) claims (representing Homeowners Associations and construction professionals), uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, automobile liability, premises liability, product liability and other personal injury related matters.
       Tom has also been involved in handling workers' compensation and subrogation claims both as a litigator and as a departmental managing partner. He has presented numerous lectures on issues of importance to the insurance industry, including litigation strategy in construction defect and mold claims, subrogation recognition and recovery techniques, investigating and litigating uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and identifying the red flags of fraudulent claims. Tom was a member of the Orange County Superior Court Arbitration Panel and has completed a 40 hour course on Mediation.
     Tom graduated from Western State University, College of Law in 1984, and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1981. He is a member of the Colorado, California and Utah State Bars, the American Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.

DENISE BLANC - Paralegal
      Denise is an independent paralegal servicing the legal needs of our clients.Denise Blanc has over twenty eight years of paralegal experiences. She has participated in a wide variety of cases and has vast experience in civil litigation, personal injury, worker’s compensation, insurance defense, family law, bad faith litigation, construction defect litigation, general litigation matters, and has a significant amount of trial experience. In addition, Denise has legal experience in Colorado, California, Texas, and Florida. Denise attended USC and received her BSBA in Business Administration and Computer Science and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She earned her Paralegal certificate from USC in 1998. Denise is also a Quality Control and HIPAA Review Specialist.
